Built in a condominium of series buildings, the project seeks to optimize the occupation of the small lot. For this, it occupies the entire buildable width through a compact volume in order to make the private and service garden at the back viable.

The rooms of the house open up and are distributed around a central room with double height ceilings, generously lit by skylights. Visual integration between environments is provided by large internal windows that ensure natural ventilation.
